I just went to a seminar and heard some GREAT new news about their systems changing for the better. I hear it is supposed to come out in September so lets hope that it changes then.
I would highly reccomend that you contact them to see what the new changes are, again they are GREAT!

Inventory sure is on an upward swing in the Bay Area. I would love to see what some of your thoughts are. With the recent scare of rates going up is this the cause? I am not so sure because borrowed money is still good as far as I am concerned.
Anyway, would love to hear what any of you have to say as to why you think that we are slowing down!
