Campbell, Ca. Real Estate-Inventory Drops Again… April 2, 2007

Yes…. The facts are in folks Campbell & West San Jose Invetory has dropped again… Only two homes, but it dropped!
With a total of 3,764 Condos/townhomes & Single family homes for sale in Santa Clara County right now.
In area 15 (Campbell & West San Jose) we only have a total of 76 homes on the market as we speak. This is very limited and is the 4th week in a row that it has dropped! This IS NOT normal during this time of year.
In camparison to evergreen with a total 258 homes on the market, I would say that the west side of Santa Clara County is yet holding very strong and we should see another great year in real estate!

Another week of inventory selling and closing… Again this week records show no cooling down. So will this last throughout the year? Rates are still very strong with little scare to the adjustable mortgages here in the Bay Area.

Santa Clara Home Buyers Convention Went Well!!! April 1, 2007

Wow, what a turn out! I cant tell you how many people we met. Great interest, seemed to have a lot of motivated buyers at the show, and best of all everyone seemed to be truly interested in the current market conditions. It seems to me that there are a lot of people out there extremely movtivated to buy!
For those who missed out, there was a great home buyers convention that went over exchanges, investments, buyers 101 (how to buy your first home), mortgages, and just good info on buying or selling. I would say about 2000 people went through the convention.
If anyone feels that they missed out, please contact me. I can provide you with everything that they covered and give you guys handouts.
