We are off and booming again… This isnt any phase either. With inventory consistantly dropping in the west side of Santa Clara and sales still consistantly high, what makes these media people claim diffently? I hear all the time that the markets boom is well over with and that Real Estate is falling, not here folks! There is to much of a demand, and not more room to build.

I am would love to hear some opinions on this topic. Please feel free to include in on what you feel…

I have spent years in Campbell. I grew up in the area, went to the school systems, played sports growing up in Campbell, but now work in Campbell.

After leaving for college, I knew I needed to come back home. I started selling Real Estate years ago and have had a great time doing so in my hometown. I still today run into people that I went to school with and am so amazed at who has stayed. Cambell is such a great location. With its booming downtown its hard to want to be anywhere else.

 Anyway, as a realtor now, I see so much potential in this area. I have marketed to this particular area for years now. My father, Carl Zanger president and owner of Referral Realty Inc., has been in the business now close to 35 years. For me its great to see, but and even better, I am excited to carry out the next 35+ years like Carl Zanger my father did. I have had the opportunity in being able to continue on my last name which has been extremely beneficial. The Zanger name has been very reputable amongst our other realtor peers. My point being is I am thrilled to be here selling Real Estate and hope that if anyone ever read this and was interested in buying or selling that they would take pleasure in calling me.
